It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Provo had no problem doing just that on Friday. Everything went their way against the Dixie Flyers as they made off with a 34-13 victory. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

Provo wouldn't let Dixie keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Provo can thank Oliver Mackay and Crew Demartini for forcing both of them. Mackay is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Provo was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 263 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 263 rushing yards in three consecutive matchups.

Despite the loss, Dixie still got an impressive performance from Wyatt Truman, who threw for 147 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 63 yards. That's the most rushing yards Truman has posted since back in September.

Provo's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2. As for Dixie, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-7.
