Franklin faced Ravenwood in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Admirals who were credited with the victory. The Franklin Admirals got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Ravenwood Raptors' four. The win was familiar territory for Franklin, who have now won five contests in a row.

Franklin was without their leading scorer, Tristiano Alfano, in Thursday's matchup. With Alfano sidelined, Sawyer Skelton got his first action of the season.

Franklin pushed their record up to 13-0-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those six games. As for Ravenwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-4-2.
