The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

The win was the fifth in a row for Stevens Point, bringing their record up to 11-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for D.C. Everest, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Stevens Point will venture away from home to take on Wausau West at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for D.C. Everest, they will take on Marshfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Evergreens are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
