Volleyball Recap: Strong Rock Christian Takes a Loss

Strong Rock Christian lost against Eagle's Landing back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Patriots fell 2-0 to the Eagles.

Strong Rock Christian was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring zero points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0.

Leading Eagle's Landing to victory were Kaeya Headley and Antonella Rodriguez. Headley had nine digs and two aces, while Rodriguez had 21 assists. Those nine digs gave Headley a new career-high.

Strong Rock Christian dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Eagle's Landing, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1.

Looking ahead, Strong Rock Christian will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Locust Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eagle's Landing, they will host Dutchtown at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
