Basketball Game Preview: Grace Davis Spartans vs. Ceres Bulldogs

Grace Davis is 1-9 against Ceres since February of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Grace Davis Spartans will challenge the Ceres Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, Grace Davis lost to Beyer at home by a 63-48 margin.

Meanwhile, Ceres didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Pacheco on Wednesday, but they still walked away with a 45-41 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Ceres' victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-15. As for Grace Davis, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-9.

Everything went Grace Davis' way against Ceres when the teams last played back in January, as Grace Davis made off with a 78-55 win. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Ceres' Manuel Ortega, who went 13 for 29 on his way to 32 points.
