Jaxon Teague Delivers Best Effort of Season

Manson was led to victory by Jaxon Teague, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Teague rushed for 254 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

The victory snapped Manson's losing streak at seven games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-4 record. Teague and Manson are taking a road trip to take on Chelan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Okanogan Wins 18th-Straight Thanks to Greyson Keith

Okanogan picked up their 18th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Greyson Keith. Keith rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made six total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Okanogan's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Keith and Okanogan will venture away from home to challenge Tonasket at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Wesley Allen Has Career Rushing Day

Wesley Allen's big game helped extend Okanogan's winning streak to 18 on Friday. Allen rushed for 96 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, and also caught a touchdown, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.

On the year, Allen has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 63 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown.
