Softball Recap: Passaic Valley Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

There's no place like home for Passaic Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the West Milford Highlanders 11-1 on Monday. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matches by six runs or more this season.

Passaic Valley pushed their record up to 19-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for West Milford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.
