Manitowoc Lutheran entered their tilt with Peshtigo on Saturday with 11 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 12. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Marissa Mehlhorn paced Manitowoc Lutheran's offense, picking up eight kills. Mehlhorn were helped by Makiah Krause and Sallieann Burrows, who contributed eight assists each. Mehlhorn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Manitowoc Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 27-8. As for Peshtigo, their loss dropped their record down to 23-12.

Manitowoc Lutheran wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran on the 18th. As for Peshtigo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Crivitz on the 18th.
