Football Recap: Sidney's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

The Sidney Team didn't have quite enough to beat the Groton Red Hawks on Friday and fell 20-18. The loss was the Team's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sidney fell to 3-1. As for Groton, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Sidney is taking a road trip to face off against Walton at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Groton, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Tioga at 7:00 p.m. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Red Hawks surely won't give up without a fight.
