It was a proper cat-fight when Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central faced off against Wayne County on Friday. The Tigers came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 4-1. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Wildcats back in March, they had to take a 10-0 loss.

Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Wayne County, they moved to 11-9 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
