Soccer Recap: Richfield Falls Short Against Ranked Carbon

Richfield faced Carbon in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Wildcats lost 4-0 to the Dinos. The matchup was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Richfield it sure didn't stay that way.

Having lost for the first time this season, Richfield fell to 6-1. As for Carbon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richfield will venture away from home to square off against Manti at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Carbon, they will take on Delta at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
