There's no place like home for Ambassador, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Compton Early College Rising Phoenix on Thursday as the Ambassador Lions made off with a 67-42 victory. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 24 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ambassador to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cory Lee, who posted 20 points. Lee's afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Joshua Lee, who put up 15 points.

Ambassador's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 84.3 points per game. As for Compton Early College, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-6.

Ambassador wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 101-62 loss against Price on the 23rd. As for Compton Early College, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-35 defeat against Animo Leadership on the 21st.
