Basketball Recap: Capital City Public Charter School Comes Up Short

Capital City Public Charter School lost against DC International back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Capital City Public Charter School EAGLES lost to the DC International Dragons on the road by a 67-52 margin.

DC International's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gavin Moore led the charge by going 9 of 13 on his way to 20 points. Moore has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Jhalil Route was another key player, putting up ten points along with six assists and five steals.

Capital City Public Charter School's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-12. As for DC International, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-13 record.
