Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Alisal). Everything went their way against the Monterey Dores on Thursday as they made off with a 62-40 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Alisal now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Monterey, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Alisal will take on rival Aptos at 7:30 p.m. on October 3. Meanwhile, Monterey is set to challenge their familiar foe North Salinas at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
