Basketball Recap: Caldwell County Takes a Loss

Caldwell County suffered their biggest loss since January 9th on Friday. They lost 59-36 to the Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Tigers' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Caldwell County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Madisonville-North Hopkins, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Tigers take on the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Madisonville-North Hopkins, they will welcome Daviess County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
