Aubrey has gone a perfect 5-0 against Gainesville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Chaparrals will host the Leopards at 7:15 p.m. Aubrey knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Gainesville likes a good challenge.

Meanwhile, after soaring to eight goals the game before, Gainesville was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was Panther Creek who was credited with the win. The Panthers got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Gainesville's three. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Gainesville came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 131st, while Panther Creek are ranked 424th).

Aubrey is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 7-1-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those five contests. As for Gainesville, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 6-2.

Aubrey beat Gainesville by a goal in their previous meeting back in February of 2025, winning 5-4. Will the Chaparrals repeat their success, or do the Leopards have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
