Volleyball Recap: Newark Vocational Takes a Loss

The Newark Vocational Eagles came up short against the Kearny Kardinals on Wednesday and fell 2-0.

Newark Vocational's defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Kearny, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Newark Vocational will welcome Beloved Community Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles are facing the Owls at the right time seeing as the Owls are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Kearny, they are taking a road trip to take on Union City at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
