Trinity had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the De La Salle Meteors. That's more bragging rights for the Blazers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Trinity won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-22.

Trinity's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for De La Salle, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Looking ahead, Trinity is taking a road trip to challenge Glenbard South at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for De La Salle, they will host Aurora Central Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
