It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Little Snake River can now relate to. They fell 54-44 to the Niobrara County Tigers on Saturday. The Rattlers have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Little Snake River lost, don't look at Tymber Cozzens. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds. That's the most boards Cozzens has posted since back in December of 2024. Marcos Marquez was another key player, putting up seven points and five rebounds.

Little Snake River's loss dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Niobrara County, their win bumped their record up to 20-6.
