Kaitlynn Price made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddie Wright, who scored a run while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
Stebbins' record now sits at 6-8. As for Troy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-4.
