Bishop Gorman put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the East St. Louis Flyers with a sharp 35-10 victory. 35 seems to be a good number for the Gaels as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Bishop Gorman was led to victory by Maika Eugenio and Noah Cole. Eugenio threw for 208 yards and three TDs on only 19 passes, while Cole rushed for 154 yards on only ten carries. Eugenio has been hot, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last six times he's played. 101 of Eugenio's passing yards were hauled in by Massiah Mingo.

Despite the loss, East St. Louis still got an impressive performance from Ahmad Coleman, who rushed for 104 yards and one score on only 11 carries.

Bishop Gorman's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for East St. Louis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Bishop Gorman will square off against Mater Dei at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for East St. Louis, they will take on Alton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give the Flyers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
