Northview has gone a perfect 8-0 against Lithonia recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Titans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. Northview will be strutting in after a victory while Lithonia will be coming in after a loss.

On Wednesday, Northview got the win against Druid Hills by a conclusive 9-2. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Jordyn Burdick made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in September of 2024. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Alexandria Bombard, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in September. Stella Weaver was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Lithonia fell victim to Cedar Shoals and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 25-0 to the Jaguars. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Lithonia's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Northview, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-16.

Everything went Northview's way against Lithonia in their previous matchup back in August, as Northview made off with a 17-0 victory. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
