Soccer Recap: Quincy Takes a Loss

Quincy's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Sterling Golden Warriors by a score of 1-0. Quincy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Sterling apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Quincy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10-2. As for Sterling, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-9.

Looking ahead, Quincy will face off against Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sterling, they will take on Galesburg at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
