While Bloom's victory against Rich Township wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Blazing Trojan had just enough and edged out the Raptors 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Blazing Trojan have posted against the Raptors since May 4, 2022.

Dan Williams was a standout: he scored a run while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Maldanado, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

The victory made it two in a row for Bloom and bumps their season record up to 3-7. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Rich Township, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Bloom will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Raptors: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
