Smithtown East never let their opponents score on Friday. Everything went their way against the Northport Tigers as they made off with a 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulls, who have now won eight matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Smithtown East is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Northport, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-4.
