Basketball Game Preview: Mid-Moore Christian Tornados vs. Trinity Tigers

The Mid-Moore Christian Tornados will head out on the road to face off against the Trinity Tigers on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Mid-Moore Christian has three straight wins, Trinity has ten straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Tuesday, Mid-Moore Christian earned a 59-48 victory over Family of Faith Christian.

With that strong performance, Moore is now averaging an impressive 15.4 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of N Moore, who posted ten points along with eight boards and seven assists.

Meanwhile, Trinity played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Stillwater S, falling 63-20. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-10.

Mid-Moore Christian's victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Trinity, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything came up roses for Mid-Moore Christian against Trinity in their previous meeting last Tuesday, as the squad secured a 49-21 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mid-Moore Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
