Soccer Recap: John Paul II Finishes Even with Geneva

For the first time this season, John Paul II was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Geneva Eagles finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw on Thursday.

Justin Brown and Teddy Chavez scored both of John Paul II's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

John Paul II's draw gives them a new season record of 6-4-1. Meanwhile, Geneva's record is now 1-5-1.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Incarnate Word Academy the next time they take the pitch. John Paul II will head out to face Incarnate Word Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Geneva will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on January 30th.
