Flag Football Game Preview: Westside Seminoles vs. Central Chargers

For the first time this season, Westside will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will square off against the Central Chargers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Westside will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

13 must be Westside's lucky number: they beat Northside with that score not once but twice on Thursday. The Seminoles' defense stepped up to hand the Eagles a 13-0 shutout.

The critical scores for Westside came from Taylor Talton and Zylah Miller.

Meanwhile, Central lost to Veterans on the road by a 20-6 margin on Saturday.

Westside's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Everything came up roses for Westside against Central in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 27-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Seminoles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
