Baseball Recap: Lanier Takes a Loss

Lanier fell victim to Burbank and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 12-0. The Voks just can't catch a break and have now endured seven losses in a row.

Lanier's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9-1. As for Burbank, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-5.

Lanier wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 18-0 loss against Seguin on the 28th. As for Burbank, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Jefferson on the 29th.
