Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Zimmerman

Zimmerman barely beat Becker the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Thunder put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Thunder sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14, 25-20.

Zimmerman now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Becker, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Zimmerman is set to challenge their familiar foe North Branch at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Becker will face off against rival Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
