Basketball Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Nottingham, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Hornets fell just short of the Northstars by a score of 48-46 on Tuesday. Surprisingly, this marked the fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

Hamilton dropped their record down to 11-14 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Nottingham, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Hamilton will face off against Central Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Nottingham, they will venture away from home to square off against Trenton Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
