Volleyball Recap: South Aiken Baptist Christian Takes a Loss

South Aiken Baptist Christian saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Batesburg-Leesville Panthers.

Batesburg-Leesville was led to victory by Molly Price and Carley Soper. Price had 15 assists and two aces, while Soper had five digs and two aces. Those 15 assists gave Price a new career-high.

South Aiken Baptist Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Batesburg-Leesville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

South Aiken Baptist Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against King Academy on the 19th. As for Batesburg-Leesville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Thornwell on the 16th.
