A Season-Best Performance from Levi Childers Leads Arroyo Grande over St. Joseph

Arroyo Grande was led to victory by Levi Childers, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Childers rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble and making seven total tackles (1.0 for loss) in addition to snagging an interception.

The victory was the sixth in a row for Arroyo Grande, bringing their record for this year to 7-1. Childers and Arroyo Grande will head out on the road to square off against Salinas at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Mission College Prep has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. Kardashian's next matchup is against Paso Robles on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Tayman Made His Presence Known in Arroyo Grande's 21-7 Win

Zack Tayman's big game helped extend Arroyo Grande's winning streak to six on Friday. Tayman did his part (and then some), rushing for 127 yards and a touchdown for the 'W'.

On the year, Tayman has run in 8 touchdowns while averaging 75.8 rushing yards per game.

Miles Thompson Makes It Two for Mission College Prep
