Soccer Recap: Valley Vista Takes a Loss

Valley Vista's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Sunnyslope Vikings by a score of 1-0. The loss was the Monsoon's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Valley Vista fell to 1-1-1. As for Sunnyslope, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Valley Vista wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 4-0 defeat against Williams Field on the 9th. As for Sunnyslope, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Tolleson on the 6th.
