Football Recap: Benton Central Bison vs. Twin Lakes Indians

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Benton Central and Twin Lakes had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Bison took a blow against the Indians on Friday, falling 75-6. The Bison have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Max Strawsma threw for 84 yards on six of 15 attempts. Xavier Flynn was his top target, picking up 49 receiving yards.

Leading Twin Lakes to victory were Cooper Dold and Ledger Shaffer. Dold threw for 189 yards and five touchdowns on only 13 passes, while Shaffer picked up 110 receiving yards and three scores. Thanks to that big game, Dold is now up to 19 passing touchdowns on the season. Mason Brummett was in the mix as well, providing Twin Lakes with two TDs.
