Basketball Game Preview: Harding Knights vs. North Polars

The Harding Knights will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the North Polars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Last Friday, Harding had just enough and edged Camden out 79-77.

Meanwhile, North gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Robbinsdale Armstrong, sneaking past 67-65. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Polars as it put an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

North's win came from a few key players Harding will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Alex Rodrigues, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 18 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Duke King, who posted 20 points and eight rebounds.
