Sickles had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.5 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They came out on top against the Freedom Patriots by a score of 14-6. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Gryphons also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

The critical scores for Sickles came from Isabella Vasallo and Carsen Ordeman.

Sickles' defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. Freedom's QB won't forget Novaleigh Randall anytime soon given she sacked her twice.

Sickles' win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2. As for Freedom, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Sickles didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 40-7 loss against Newsome on the 5th. As for Freedom, they will face off against Gaither at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Patriots are facing the Cowboys at the right time seeing as the Cowboys are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
