Volleyball Recap: Cedar Valley Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Bingham

On Friday, Cedar Valley faced Bingham in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Cedar Valley Aviators took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bingham Miners. The Aviators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Luke Michaelis paced Cedar Valley's offense, picking up five kills. Michaelis got some help from Jonny Petersen and his seven assists.

Cedar Valley now has a losing record of 1-2.

Cedar Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Westlake on the 7th. As for Bingham, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Alta on the 7th.
