Basketball Recap: Neuqua Valley Comes Up Short

Neuqua Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 59-39 to the Naperville North Huskies. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wildcats have suffered since December 21, 2024.

Neuqua Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Naperville North, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 16-14 record this season.

Coming up, Neuqua Valley will challenge West Aurora at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Naperville North, they and Oswego East will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Oswego East's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five games.
