Basketball Recap: North Valley Christian Academy Snaps 16-Game Streak of Wins at Home

North Valley Christian Academy won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Wednesday. They came up short against the Rancho Solano Prep Mustangs, falling 72-48. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost six in a row.

North Valley Christian Academy's defeat ended a 16-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-1. As for Rancho Solano Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

North Valley Christian Academy is taking a road trip to take on Horizon Honors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Horizon Honors will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something North Valley Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rancho Solano Prep, they will square off against Madison Highland Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Madison Highland Prep is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 74 points per game this season.
