Basketball Recap: Hancock Takes a Loss

Hancock played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 62-40 to the West Harrison Hurricanes. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Hawks have suffered against the Hurricanes since January 24, 2020.

West Harrison's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jazear Carter, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of JaMarcus McCalebb, who posted six points and nine assists.

Hancock's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-14. As for West Harrison, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 15-9.

As of now, neither Hancock nor West Harrison have any future games scheduled.
