Brookwood suffers sixth straight loss on the road

The Brookwood Panthers lost against the Bibb County Choctaws back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Brookwood suffered a tough 60-39 loss at the hands of Bibb County. Brookwood has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brookwood's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Leland Foster, who scored 10 points, and Joseph Mayo who scored 9 points. Foster scored a full 25.6% of Brookwood's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Brookwood bumped their record down to 1-8 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Bibb County, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.

Brookwood will look to defend their home court on Friday against Fayette County at 7:00 p.m. As for Bibb County, they will head out on the road to face off against Hillcrest at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
