Basketball Recap: Sherman Takes a Loss

Sherman was the 45-36 winner over Dufur when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Sherman Huskies fell just short of the Dufur Rangers by a score of 35-32 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Huskies have suffered against the Rangers since January 30, 2018.

This is the second loss in a row for Sherman and nudges their season record down to 6-8. As for Dufur, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-9.

While Sherman had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
