Soccer Recap: Fenton Comes Up Short

Fenton was the 5-0 winner over Streamwood when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bison fell just short of the Sabres by a score of 2-1 on Thursday.

Fenton's goal came courtesy of Marylin Palacios, who's now up to four this season.

Fenton suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 2-2. As for Streamwood, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-3.

Looking ahead, Fenton will venture away from home to challenge Proviso West at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Streamwood, they will take on Bremen in a tournament on Saturday.
