Basketball Recap: Red Lodge Has No Trouble Against Shepherd

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Red Lodge walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Shepherd Mustangs with a sharp 67-45 victory on Thursday. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Red Lodge is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.3 points over those games. Shepherd's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

As of now, neither Red Lodge nor Shepherd have any future games scheduled.
