After a string of five wins, LaFayette's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Station Camp Bison.

Gracie Rambo paced LaFayette's offense, picking up nine kills. Rambo got some help from Jaslyn Capello and her 21 assists. Rambo was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

LaFayette's defeat dropped their record down to 24-7. As for Station Camp, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.

LaFayette didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Mount Juliet on the 13th. As for Station Camp, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Blazer on the 13th.
