Basketball Recap: Bloomington Purple Raiders vs. Centennial Chargers

The Bloomington Purple Raiders narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Centennial Chargers 58-56 which was due in part to Tindall, who shot 69% from the field on his way to 23 points along with six rebounds and four steals. The last time his field goal percentage was this high was back in December of 2024.
Bloomington's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-9 and their overall record up to 2-26. As for Centennial, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-17.
Bloomington has already played their next contest, a 65-42 loss against Danville on the 24th. As for Centennial, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 71-57 defeat against MacArthur on the 20th.
