Baseball Recap: Evangelical Christian Takes a Loss

Evangelical Christian lost against Lausanne Collegiate back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles came up short against the Lynx, falling 15-5.

Kyle Mabie made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Banks Addison was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Evangelical Christian's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Lausanne Collegiate, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-6.

While Evangelical Christian had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
