Volleyball Recap: Centralia Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Centralia entered their tilt with Bowling Green on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Bobcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Centralia was especially dominant in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-23, 20-25, 25-20, 25-11.

Ryenn Gordon paced Centralia's offense, picking up 23 kills. Gordon got some help from Hartley Liv and her 19 assists. Sophie Daum controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Centralia's victory bumped their record up to 9-14-1. As for Bowling Green, their loss dropped their record down to 3-13-2.

Centralia has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Kirksville on the 14th. As for Bowling Green, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against North Callaway on the 14th.
