Softball Recap: Evangel Christian Has No Trouble Against Heritage Christian Academy

While Evangel Christian put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Heritage Christian Academy. The Evangel Christian Lightning were the clear victor by a 19-0 margin over the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles. The victory continues a trend for the Lightning in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won seven in a row.

The team relied heavily on Raylee Evans, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaydin Johnson, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4.

Evangel Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .622. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Heritage Christian Academy only posted an OBP of .118.
